Twin DVI connector just give the user that many more options for what type of dual monitor configuration they can use. A fresh installation of Windows XP was used in both instances. But at the same time, Ti and Ti cards are available at lower prices.

The novel approach, first seen on the reference card, ensures that the GPU doesn’t become too warm. It includes all the usual outputs mxi adds a video input, along with having one heck of a software bundle.
It allows the DVI connector to display images up to x in resolution, giving true dual display support. The text and images produced by the MSI are subjectively excellent at my mdi resolution of xx32 85Hz.
I can’t explain the 3FPS difference between the Ti cards here short of it being a driver thing. Not that anyone was arguing that.
Review: MSI G4TiVTD – Graphics – – Page 2
The Creative Geforce4 Ti GPU fan caused quite a stir here at Hexus, due in part to its striking looks and, perhaps more importantly, by the sound it emitted during operation. We’ve always found good comfort in MSI’s videocards because they never come decked out with cheap gimmicks in an effort to lure customers – rather MSI’s videocards tend to compete on reliability, overclockability, and competitive prices.
Still, some very high performance here. We’ve gained ever so slightly on the GPU clock and gained around The RAM is left bare. Sticking close to the reference design usually means that little additional thought has to be put into the layout of the card, therefore cutting costs and saving time for g4ti46000 manufacturer concerned.
The hardware-accelerated DVD playback provides good image quality though not quite g4ti46600 par with ATi’s offerings yet.
For manufacturers to differentiate their hardware, you’ll see different features on cards. We’ve briefly discussed the merits of the Geforce4 Ti The only notable detraction is its inability to display and process streams with resolutions greater than x Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of results from different cards run on Shark Mark yet, and numbers for Chameleon Mark with AA enabled are equally lacking.
The suitably impressive graphics seek to demonstrate the power of the card contained within. Perhaps it was wise not to include them and save on costs. Nothing to see here folks, move along. Speaking of which, let’s take a closer look at this extra-long GeForce 4 Ti and some of the things which make it a killer! It’s easy to see that Ti really is the fastest chip out right now. I hadn’t run the Jedi Outcast tests on the eVGA card and don’t have access to it for a comparison, but yes, it seems that the both the Ti and Radeon managed to outscore the Ti here in different places.
Click to find out more. It should give you some insight into what makes the MSI Ti tick. The only minor difference here is that the GPU cooler has been modified slightly from the reference version so that the top shield is clear. As a matter of fact, this was the only real performance anomaly I experienced during testing. Firstly, this helps to reduce costs a little.
