This seems to be a common problem I have tried numerous fixes but have not had success. Sorry this didn’t help. Did you complete h653 troubleshooter for the drive that still does not work? Code 39 means the driver is corrupt or missing.
I installed Windows 10 as an upgrade to Windows 8. Follow the directions on the installation program screen. I’ve tried deleting in Device Manager and rebooting and got the same thing.
