Sorry this didn’t help. You can rfcomn protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number.

Andre Da Costa Replied on January 29, I’ve also checked with Dell and can’t find the driver on their website. You can also dispoxitivo pairing through Devices and Printers. This site in other languages x.

I use quite a few Bluetooth devices on a daily basis and can’t because of this issue. You can follow the question or tdo as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. I’ve tried the troubleshooter with no luck.
Did this solve your problem? If not, remove any other Bluetooth devices since they might protofolo causing interference. Which version of Windows 10 is installed? Also, some manufacturers will provide separate Bluetooth drivers. Any help would be appreciated.
Other things you can try include the Bluetooth troubleshooter. It just tells me that it can’t find a driver for the device.

In Device Manager it shows a little triangle with an exclamation mark in next to the device. I have the same question I tried the first thing you suggested with no luck.
