Virtual midi cable For years I’ve used LoopBe1 as a virtual midi cable. In general, going to Windows Device Manager and removing ports there should not be necessary. As modern MIDI applications may open several ports, this happens all too easily. These past few hours I tried searching the web and the forums for solutions, but to no avail. Sound, Video, and game controllers System Devices If you find any, delete them in device manager. No other Bome software is required or installed. I was wondering how this had appeared on my pc.

As modern MIDI applications may open several ports, this happens all too easily. Hmmm, must be a method required for some of the functionality. On the negative side, it might take a bit more planning to set things up that way. Will keep this one in mind if I ever need to look for an alternative to LoopBe.

I am checking if I change my hard drive that as a couple of years if I have virtua, same problem I will get the system on an hard drive that didn’t have any system before. Hello — I am exploring Bome Midi Translator because I can not get any of the several other midi virtual ports to work with my setup. You can switch it on and off like a hardware device and view virtuql status. Comes with silent nsis installer to integrate with your own installer.
